Broadridge Adds Proxy Voting to Dinari Tokenized Stock Platform
Broadridge and Dinari have partnered to bring institutional-grade proxy voting to dShares, Dinari's tokenized U.S. equities product.
Broadridge Financial Solutions and Dinari Inc. have joined forces to integrate proxy voting capabilities into Dinari's dShares platform, a tokenized representation of U.S. equities, the companies announced Wednesday. The move extends shareholder governance rights to investors who hold digital versions of American stocks through Dinari's blockchain-based financial infrastructure.
The integration draws on Broadridge's established proxy services infrastructure, which the global fintech already provides to traditional institutional investors. By plugging those services into dShares, Dinari aims to close a governance gap that has historically separated tokenized asset holders from the full bundle of rights typically enjoyed by conventional equity shareholders.

Broadridge, listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker BR, describes itself as a global fintech leader with deep roots in investor communications and capital markets operations. Dinari positions itself as a financial infrastructure provider focused on bringing real-world assets onto blockchain rails in a compliant and accessible manner.
As regulatory clarity around tokenized securities continues to develop in the United States, integrations like this one may help legitimize the asset class for a wider range of institutional and retail participants. Continue reading at Cryptocurrency.
