Crescent Real Estate LLC announced Friday the completed sale of The Hotel at Avalon, a 330-room luxury hotel situated within the Avalon mixed-use development in Alpharetta, Georgia. The Fort Worth-based firm did not disclose the sale price or the identity of the buyer in its announcement.
The property was originally acquired by Crescent in September 2020, a period marked by significant disruption across the hospitality sector. The transaction represents a notable exit from an asset the company purchased during one of the most challenging environments in recent hotel investment history.
