Securitize Launches Onchain U.S. Stock Trading for Global Investors
Securitize debuts tokenized U.S. equities on Solana, giving eligible international investors 1:1-backed access to American stocks.
Securitize has unveiled a new product called Securitize Stocks, enabling eligible investors worldwide to trade U.S. equities directly on blockchain infrastructure, the Miami-based company announced October 8, 2026. The offering runs on its registered broker-dealer platform built on the Solana network, with additional access planned through the NYSE Alternative Trading System and the OKXICE TSV venue.
The tokenized shares are described as 1:1-backed, meaning each digital token corresponds directly to an underlying U.S. equity, and holders retain the associated rights and economic benefits of those shares. The structure is designed to replicate the experience of owning traditional U.S. stocks while leveraging blockchain settlement rails.

The move arrives as tokenized real-world assets have attracted growing attention from both established financial institutions and crypto-native platforms seeking regulated pathways to on-chain equity exposure. The NYSE ATS integration, in particular, underscores the increasing convergence of traditional exchange infrastructure with distributed ledger technology.
