Psyence BioMed has entered into a binding term sheet with PsyLabs that would grant the company's Texas-based subsidiary exclusive rights to develop, supply, and distribute PsyLabs' pharmaceutical-grade ibogaine across the United States, the company announced Monday.

The agreement establishes Texas Ibogaine Research Corporation, Psyence BioMed's U.S. arm, as the sole domestic licensee for the ibogaine product, positioning the firm at the forefront of a rapidly emerging segment of psychedelic-assisted medicine research. The arrangement remains subject to execution of a definitive agreement between the parties.
