M&A Healthcare Advisors Closes Innovo Detox Sale to R&S Holdings
MAHA brokered the sale of Pennsylvania-based Innovo Detox, a substance use disorder treatment provider, to R&S Holdings, Inc.
M&A Healthcare Advisors (MAHA), a FINRA-licensed investment bank specializing in the healthcare sector, announced Monday the completed sale of Innovo Detox to R&S Holdings, Inc., adding another behavioral health transaction to its deal roster.
Innovo Detox, based in Pennsylvania, provides substance use disorder treatment and related drug and alcohol recovery services. The facility represents a segment of the behavioral health market that has drawn sustained acquisition interest as demand for SUD treatment continues to outpace available capacity across the United States.

MAHA positioned itself as the exclusive financial adviser on the transaction. The Los Angeles-based bank focuses exclusively on healthcare industry mergers and acquisitions, working with operators of treatment centers, physician groups, and other healthcare businesses seeking buyers or capital partners.
The deal reflects ongoing consolidation within the addiction treatment space, where regional operators are increasingly sought out by larger platform companies and holding groups looking to expand their geographic footprint and service lines. R&S Holdings, as the acquiring entity, gains an established Pennsylvania-based SUD treatment operation through the transaction.
